Covid-19 Update

To our valued guests, 

We here at the Inn of the Governors want to thank you for choosing our family owned Inn for your visit to Santa Fe. Please know that we are always committed to the health and safety of our guests and our tenured employees. 

During this time, you may have questions regarding our amenities and policies. We wanted to share with you what we are doing, in addition to the recommendations by the Center for Disease Controls and the New Mexico Public Health Department.

Amenities included in your room rate:

1. Our Mountain Sunrise breakfast menu is offered for dining in our restaurant or room service between 6:30am-10am daily.
2. We offer a welcome gift of sherry & biscochitos for you to enjoy in your room or on the pool deck.
3. Parking and wi-fi are always complimentary.
4. If you booked directly with us, you receive a $15 Del Charro food and beverage credit which can be used for dining in our restaurant or room service, Sunday - Thursday 11:30am-10pm and Friday - Saturday 11:30am-midnight.
5. Our outdoor heated swimming pool is open from 9am-9pm.

Here are examples of the stringent cleaning policies that have been standard for the Inn and/or introduced per health guidelines:

In your room:

1. We have multiple, special commercial grade antibacterial multi-surface cleaners and disinfectants.
2. Upon check-out, all bed linen is being removed and laundered.
3. We are paying attention to frequently handled items such as telephones, television remote controls, all handles including door knobs, etc.
4. We are wiping all surfaces including chairs, sofas and tables.
5. Housekeeping service is upon request only. All guests must vacate the room during housekeeping service.

In our public spaces:

1. All high touch areas in our public spaces are deep cleaned multiple times during the day.
2. We have added anti-bacterial hand sanitizers within our public areas and back of the house.

For our employees:

1. Employees are reminded daily to wash hands per CDC recommendations.
2. Employees are required to stay home if they are unwell to prevent the spread of germs.
