POLICIES
We invite you to review the following Inn of the Governor policies: Hotel Policies

  • Pets are not allowed, (Special consideration for service animals-contact GM)
  • All rooms are NON-Smoking
  • $200.00 plus tax fee for smoking in the room
  • $200.00 plus tax fee for pets in the room (with the exception of a service animal-please contact GM in advance)
  • Payment forms accepted: Credit Card, Debit Card, Personal/Business Check with valid ID, Travelers Checks, Pre-approved Direct Bill, Cash
  • Advance Deposits accepted-Credit Card with Authorization form & Personal/Business Check
  • Credit Cards Accepted-Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB International
  • Direct Bill Requirements-10 guest room minimum, Completed and approved Direct Bill Authorization form (special considerations may be made for frequent repeat visitors).
  • We reserve the right to escort any guest or bar patron from our premises for misconduct.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property or vehicles.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult/guardian in the pool area
Reservation Policies
  • Children 16 years and under stay free with parents using existing bedding
  • Additional Adults (over two per room) $15.00 plus tax nightly
  • Reservations will be held for the day of arrival only
  • No shows will result in a charge of one night room and tax and the reservation will be released for resale
  • Special Requests are never guaranteed and are honored based on the order in which they are received
  • Changes to reservations made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to charge
  • Credit or Debit cards used to guarantee the reservation will be authorized for the first night room and tax 5 days prior to the date of arrival
  • General Cancellation Policy-Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid a charge of one night room and tax to the credit card on file
  • Indian Market Policies: Reservation Requests Forms will be accepted up to one year prior to the date of the market. Special Requests (room numbers, views, etc.) are never guaranteed and are honored based on the order in which they are received. A three night minimum stay is required on all reservations that must include Friday and Saturday nights. Three night advance deposit is required no later than March 1st. All credit card deposits require a signed credit card authorization form. Cancellations for a full refund of all three nights must be made by August 1st. After August 1st, any changes or cancellations will result in a forfeit of all three nights’ room and tax. Rooms are guaranteed for date of arrival only. No shows will result in a forfeiture of all three nights’ room and tax, and room will be released for resale. Early departures will also forfeit any unused portion of their three night deposit.

  • Guaranteed Check In Time 4:00pm
  • Check Out Time 12:00 Noon
  • Late Check Out Fee-Half Day Charge after 1:00pm, Full Day Charge after 2pm
  • Minimum check in age is 21 with valid ID
  • A Credit Card imprint is required at check in regardless of payment method.
  • Early departures are subject to charge
Group Policies

  • Minimum of 10 rooms required to contract
  • No Saturday Arrivals or Departures
  • A three night minimum stay is required (including Friday/Saturday) over weekends from May-Oct
  • Cancellation/Performance scale varies based on individual group needs
  • Group Cancellation Policy-Cancellations for individual group reservations must be made 5 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid a charge of one night room and tax to the credit card on file.
  • Minimum of 15 people for catered functions
  • All events paid in full 30 days prior to event
  • Group Value Dates November-March

  • Rollaway Beds $15.00 plus tax nightly (available in select rooms)
  • Cribs Available at no extra charge

Del Charro Saloon Policies
  • Non-Smoking seating area
  • Room service available from 11:30am-11:30pm daily
  • Pool service available from 11:30am-9pm daily (pool closes at 9:00 pm)
  • Open from 11:30 am-12:00 Midnight Daily
  • Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult/guardian in Del Charro Saloon and patio
