The Inn of the Governors Rate Philosophy:
The Inn of the Governors believes in a straight forward, simple approach to hotel rates: a good room with good amenities at a good price. Naturally our rates will fluctuate based on the economy, the date of booking, and changes in the local market but we always provide our world-class service, complimentary Mountain Sunrise Breakfast, free parking, and afternoon Tea & Sherry to help you further enjoy our Inn and Santa Fe.
To that end, we have created some ways to help you get more for your dollar while staying with us. Please read below and call our in-house reservations at 1-800-234-4534 to find out how we can help you save money. In-house reservation hours are 8am-8pm Monday-Friday or 9am-6pm Saturday-Sunday MST.
Lowest Rates Guaranteed
If at any time you find a lower price for our hotel on any other website we will gladly match the room rate for an equivalent room type. You will benefit by reserving directly because we do not require the full prepayment for your stay at the time of booking as with other sites. In addition, we will allow cancellations with no charge with up to 48 hours notice while some websites will not refund your payment or charge additional fees should you need to cancel even with reasonable notice. Rate matching is not offered on previously booked reservations or in conjunction with any other offers. Room rates are matched based on equivalent room types for the Inn of the Governors only and are subject to availability. Economic Relief Rebate – Valid from November 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010
Rebates vary from $10-$25 off per night, are based on the final number of nights stayed, and will be credited to your bill on the day of departure. All rooms include a complimentary full breakfast buffet, parking and afternoon tea and sherry service daily. Economic Relief Rebate Special Policies:
Rebates will be given in addition to the confirmed room rate and range as follows: $10 rebate for one night stayed, $15 rebate per night for two nights stayed, $20 rebate per night for three nights stayed, $25 rebate per night for four or more nights stayed. Changes to the number of nights stayed will result in a change to the amount of the rebate offered nightly. Rebates will be applied to the bill at check out.
Upgrade special – Valid from April 1 through October 31, 2010
Only $30 extra per night to upgrade to the next larger room type! Upgrades based on availability and additional cost is per night plus tax. See also general restrictions below.
Price Match Promotion – Valid from April 1 through June 30, 2010
Found a lower price at another hotel but would prefer to stay with us? Look no further, we will match the rate! Plus we provide the following complimentary amenities: full hot breakfast buffet, parking, wireless internet, and tea & sherry service daily. Inn of the Governors is full service, has a 3 Diamond rating with AAA, and is located just two blocks from the historic plaza. We will match any room rate you find on any website for any 3+ Diamond rated hotel within a half mile radius of the Santa Fe plaza. Rental properties, condominiums, casitas, and Bed & Breakfasts are excluded. Matched rates will be offered for our Traditional rooms with either one king or two queen sized beds which are subject to availability. We will match the price found at the time of booking only and no further discounts will be applied at a later date. Local Charity Donation – Valid from April 1 through December 31, 2010
Throughout the years Inn of the Governors has experienced incredible support from the Santa Fe community, both for the hotel, and our restaurant, Del Charro. We appreciate your continued loyalty as a guest at the Inn and Del Charro as well. We couldn't provide world-class service without you! The Santa Fe Community Foundation's Community Care Fund makes grants to nonprofits needing emergency funding to support people in times of crisis. If you book this special today and take advantage of our great rates you will be helping the Santa Fe community. Ten percent of your room rate will be donated to SFCF's Community Care Fund and every dollar will go to nonprofits meeting critical needs in our community.
