Louie's Corner Cafe
Louie's Corner Cafe was established in October 2009 by Alea Jensen and Robin Hardie. It is the reincarnation of 815 Early, a small cafe that closed in July 2009. Robin has lived in New Mexico for 14 years and also owns Backroad Pizza in Santa Fe, now with two locations. Alea grew up in Chicago and moved here 7 years ago to pursue a career in the circus arts but has instead found a passion for restaurant entrepreneurship.
At Louie's, you can enjoy a home cooked meal at a great price. We bake our own bread and pastries, which lay the foundation for our "homemade everything" philosophy. We care about food, and it shows with our dedication to using fresh, local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Our menu includes omelettes, crepes, french toast, breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, fresh salads, panini grilled sandwiches, homemade soups and all natural Harris Ranch hamburgers, vegetarian and vegan options. We serve our full menu all day 7 days a week 7am-4pm.
